I'm Julie Averill Shore, founder of Career Development Advisors.

 

I provide highly personalized 1:1 job coaching services and career support services for high school students, recent college graduates, stay at home moms and dads, and professionals - in person in the greater Harrisburg, PA area and virtually for those outside of the area.

 

I developed a proprietary job search action plan based upon best practices in Human Resources & Recruiting that is customized to each job seeker - AND has consistently proven to land more interviews sooner for my clients for the past 5 years.

 

I also make it my  job to stay on top of current market trends, job market insights as well as current trends in AI to help my clients stay focused and 'in the know'. 

 

Getting the right advice coupled with an action plan, a customized networking strategy and accountability measures enable my clients to land their next jobs MUCH sooner than going it alone.

Why did I refocus my career from HR to career coaching?

 

I started my firm in 2019 in the Greater Harrisburg, PA area because I thought as a former HR practitioner - there has just GOT to be a better way to align talent and careers. You can read about my career journey here.
