Julie founded Career Development Advisors after years of HR experience to help real people ignite their careers. Whether that's through recruiting, professional development, or coaching, she lives for connecting the job people have with the job people want.

Julie graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA. She is a  Senior Certified Professional with the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP), and a Kolbe Certified Consultant.

In her free time, Julie loves to be with her family and volunteer in her community.
