In the Fall of 2020 began the very popular phase of 'Quiet Quitting' where more than x number of individuals flat out quit their jobs.
Trying to juggle pandemic restrictions along with remote learning for kids was just too much. Many people reported feeling burnt out, stressed and disengaged.
Fast forward to today and burn out is till real.
How do you know if you are burnt out, bored and/or ready for a change?
Sunday night dread is real.
You seem to always be in a 'busy season' of work and life.
Your overly demanding boss doesn't seem to ever give up.
Change seems constant- at work and home- you feel as if you can never catch your breath or a break.
You've had this little bird whispering in your year to try something new at least 3 x.
You are working paycheck to paycheck.
You just cannot seem to get motivated to get your tasks done or projects started.
Everyone needs a part of you all the time. It never seems to stop.
Maybe this is you?
Maybe it's your boss?
Maybe it's a co-worker on your team?
To not be 'all in' and full engaged in your job is a disservice to EVERYONE around you:
Your family
Your friends
Your team
Your client, patients, customers, etc.
YOU have skills and talents to give.
It's ok if you're not motivated to use them in the same way you have.
What is the ONE thing you could do that would change everything?
Start intentionally networking?
Update your resume.
Have lunch with your mentor.
Focus on your own personal development
