Our Story

Our Founder, Julie Averill Shore, launched Career Development Advisors in the Fall of  2019 in the Greater Harrisburg, PA area due to her experience as a former HR leader- that there had to be a better way to align talent and careers. You can read about Julie's career journey here.

We are grateful to work with and serve as a career coach and career counselor for individuals and companies of all ages and backgrounds in the greater Harrisburg, PA area and across the U.S.
